2 Faberge Easter Egg Vases.
We are pleased to offer this matching pair of rare Faberge Easter Egg Vases for your consideration.
They have an intricate hand painted image of a blue Faberge Egg on each side with 18K gold trim. Additional gold trim is found at the rim with a floral motif, plus two additional plain rings near top and at the base.
Under each egg is the caption Enamelled Gold Imperial Easter Egg, written in a cursive script.
The Faberge hallmark is found on the underside in gold.
Each vase weighs 1 pound and is 7-1/4 inches high. The rim is 2-5/8 inches in diameter, while the vases are about 5 inches in diameter at their widest point.
Condition: One vase is very good to excellent with just a tiny spot of gold trim flaked off at the rim. You can see this in the 2nd to last picture with yellow arrow pointing at the spot. It has no chips, cracks, repairs, or damage.
The second vase has been repaired, which you can easily see in the last picture. Despite the repair, it presents well from one side, and is usable if you want to display these as a set.
